Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders over 150€ (PT) and over 250€ (EU).

We ship nationally and internationally using CTT - Correios de Portugal.

All items are shipped with tracking number.

Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days.

Processing time for custom or made-to-order items is 2 to 4 weeks.

Shipping times vary depending on location. Estimated times:
~ Domestic: 1-2 business days
~ International: 3-5 business days

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. However, if you experience issues, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
